Job Description:

As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Odoo solutions for our clients. This includes evaluating customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives, and transforming them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.

You will analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes, document customer requirements, and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Odoo solutions for clients
  • Evaluate customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives
  • Transform business requirements into company processes, solutions, and modules
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes
  • Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation
  • Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation
  • Good knowledge of business processes, sales, and accounts
  • Previous experience in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, and 17 Community and Enterprise Editions
  • Quick and autonomous learner with excellent planning and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices as required
  • Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer
  • Must have analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the English Language
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Odoo certification
  • Experience working with other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
