Lead Zoho ERP Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new Zoho ERP environment, ensuring a seamless migration from our legacy system. This role demands both technical expertise and practical business process understanding.

The specialist will work closely with and be supported by members of our team, who have already initiated the setup process. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory management, cylinder tracking, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as necessary to align with our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as needed.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One, particularly Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaboration over Zoom will be required for real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.
