Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Oversee cash flows, working capital requirements, and maintain proper documentation for audits.

Compliance & Taxation:

  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
  • Maintain adherence to financial regulations, coordinate with auditors, and ensure tax compliance.

Financial Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensure financial accuracy in operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of experience in finance, preferably with startups, FMCG, or D2C brands.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
