Job Title: Senior Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. You will also coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Additionally, you will prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will assist with the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You will handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. You will maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient document management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
