Quality Assurance Expert Wanted

We're seeking an experienced QA expert to lead our efforts in developing and maintaining high-quality software systems. As a key member of our technology team, you'll be responsible for creating test plans, automating testing processes, and driving improvements in engineering practices.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing functional and performance tests for internal and external-facing software systems. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in automation testing, preferably with experience in Cypress (JS/TS) and other relevant technologies. Your expertise should include:

  • Test planning and execution
  • Automated testing using Cypress (JS/TS)
  • POM, data-driven tests, custom commands, intercepts, stubs/mocks, and handling dynamic elements/retries
  • TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals (modules, async/await, promises)
  • CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, artifacts, and parallelization
  • API testing with JSON assertions, schema/contract validation
  • Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
  • Cross-browser testing with BrowserStack or similar platforms

We're looking for a collaborative team player who can effectively communicate technical ideas and turn ambiguous requirements into testable scenarios. If you have experience working with Angular/Ruby on Rails-based web applications, mobile apps, or have successfully advocated for customers, that's a plus
