Job Title: Senior NetSuite Expert

Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead and deliver the implementation of business solutions for clients. This individual will utilize best practices and methodologies to design, configure, and optimize NetSuite applications.

This Senior NetSuite Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, providing application configuration assistance, support, and deployment guidance. They must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite solutions for financial management processes.
  2. Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany and Financial Reporting.
  3. Drive process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  5. Experience in collaborating with Development teams to develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance NetSuite's R2R functionality.
  6. Hands-on experience with building financial reports.
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients for Financial Workstream.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  4. Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks or potential delays.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  6. Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members to ensure successful delivery.
  1. Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments.
  2. Optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication.
  3. Implement and support NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management.
  4. Analyze client requirements to develop tailored P2P solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Automate key P2P processes working with Development teams through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for procurement and payment activities.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to P2P processes within NetSuite.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite business processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.
  • WMS, ARM, and Project Module Experience.
