Role Overview

This role involves identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks across multiple teams and geographies.

  • Analyzing current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Serving as a connective tissue between departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing standardized operational processes and best practices.
  • Harmonizing Jira usage, ensuring data integrity and facilitating cross-team collaboration and reporting.
  • Process mapping and bottleneck analysis, leading to the implementation of process and data-driven solutions.
  • Leading the setup and rollout of the OKR framework across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in a PMO role or similar strategic operations role, preferably within a fast-paced and global environment.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience in setting up and rolling out the OKR framework and deep understanding of its principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana) and process mapping software.
