About PMS Compliance Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of PMS Compliance Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations comply with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SEBI PMS Regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems to monitor compliance status.
  • Assist in AML/PMLA and Insider Trading Compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure concurrent, internal, and statutory audits are conducted as per regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PMS/AIF/MF compliances.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations, Companies Act 2013, AML/PMLA, and Insider Trading regulations.
