As a Client Services Associate, you will play a vital role in retaining and developing business by ensuring the successful completion of orders for wire and email distributions. Your exceptional service delivery will consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret client instructions to propose optimal solutions for wire and email distributions, recognizing their needs accurately.
  • Monitor order progression at all stages, liaising with internal departments, clients, and outside suppliers as necessary.
  • Ensure completed orders are checked and promptly passed through for invoicing.

Client Relations:

  • Promote a client-centric culture consistently, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide tailored service, understanding clients' needs thoroughly to offer suitable solutions.

Quality and Administration:

  • Focus on quality standards and timelines to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Accurately log all jobs and related correspondence/activities in our Order Management System.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify add-on sales opportunities during client interactions, highlighting upselling possibilities.
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives to contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in a client-facing and operational role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Positive approach to work, with understanding of teamwork and personal initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and ensure deadlines are met.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML and Pivotal, our Customer Relationship Management Software.
  • Experience working with international clients from the EMEA region.
  • Upselling experience and knowledge of PRN Products and Operations.
