Job Title: Mid-Level Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level and stakeholder partners.

About the Role:

  • You will manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
