Leadership Role for SAP Professionals

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of IT Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project status within our IT department.

As an integral part of our IT Project Management Organization, you will report directly to the IT Program Manager.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing best practices and tools for project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking.
  • Presenting and communicating updates on critical projects to senior executives.
  • Providing support to executive meetings, including Status Reports, Operating Board, and Advisory Board.

Key Requirements:

Essential qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with relevant experience in IT PMO.
  • 12 years of experience using knowledge management systems, including VISIO, Smart sheet, MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry-standard Project Management Certifications, such as PMP, are a valuable asset.

Preferred qualifications include:

Min. 6 years of experience in business analyst roles for IT software and infrastructure projects, providing direction to development teams.

Desirable experience includes complex requirements assessment, process/procedure design, and implementation within the technology services industry.
