Establish Global Holding Companies with Strategic Support

As a Freelance Advisor, you will work closely with business owners and professionals in your region to establish Singapore-based holding companies.

Earning Potential: Up to USD 20,000+ per month (performance-based).

You will assist clients in creating pre-incorporation sandbox businesses, structuring shareholders and directors, signing early LOIs and preparing agreements, and formalising their holding companies with full digital support.

  • Create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses for clients
  • Structure shareholders and directors of holding companies
  • Sign early Letters of Intent and prepare agreements
  • Formalise holding companies with full digital support
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce at least 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
  • Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
  • Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals
  • Attend weekly training sessions and advisory townhalls
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to clients alongside our team
  • Grow your own book of business and build a repeatable referral network
