We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of the market, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for expansion in existing and emerging markets.
  • Maintain relationships with customers through regular communication, inquiries, and offers.
  • Manage procurement and sales of plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET, and PVC, from Indian suppliers.
  • Promote our brand at industry events, conferences, and international trade shows.
  • Nurture relationships with resin producers in India.
  • Assist in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocation processes.
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies across various regions.
  • Analyze market trends to prepare detailed reports on customer behavior, seasonality, and regional preferences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian polymer market.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest business policies and regulations.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Trade, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
