Job Title: Cloud Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Lead to lead complex transformations and implementations from a solutioning and delivery perspective.

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on major technological decisions and industry best practices.
  2. Lead teams, mentor juniors, and support in upskilling in key technologies.
  3. Prepare and lead functional workshops and engage with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
  4. Provide architectural and module-specific solutions, recommendations, and options for critical business requirements and processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience working in Oracle HCM Solutions, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Suite. They should also have a strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, enterprise structure, workforce structure, workflow, security, AOR, DOR, Redwood enabling, and checklist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and providing architectural and module-specific solutions.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience working in Oracle HCM Solutions.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, enterprise structure, workforce structure, workflow, security, AOR, DOR, Redwood enabling, and checklist.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in solution architecture and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM integration and data management.
