Job Opportunity

Project Overview: This role supports Murex platform system availability, incident resolution, and production stability. You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Murex applications are available and perform optimally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within established service level agreements.
  • Perform log analysis, identify root causes, and provide permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, database administration, and network teams for environment-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT support with hands-on expertise in Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
