Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As an SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Uptime and Availability: Proactively monitor and resolve issues to ensure system uptime and availability.
  • Collaboration and Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient systems.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Develop and maintain tools to automate routine tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: 7-12 years of experience in technical support or engineering, preferably in AI/ML/GenAI environments.
  • GenAI Models and Frameworks: Expertise in GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2) and frameworks (e.g., RAG, Agents, COT).
  • Cloud Platforms and DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools.
  • Database Management Systems: Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB) and data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning: Experience with NLP and ML models.
  • Large Language Models: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O.
  • MLOps Practices: Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
