Financial Planning and Analysis ExpertAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned financial planning and analysis expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

You will develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for scenario planning and long-term strategy. Additionally, you will monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Your responsibilities will also include performing cost control, margin analysis, and profitability assessments across business units. You will collaborate with business leaders to align financial planning with strategic objectives.

In this role, you will prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting.

Furthermore, you will support investment evaluation, capital expenditure analysis, and ROI assessments. Lastly, you will mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a high-performing FP&A team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA or PG in Finance or related field.
  • CA, CFA, or CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and scenario modeling.
