Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed expert to enhance our Cloud Architecture and Advisory team.

The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for customers on technical topics and work closely with internal teams during the sales cycle.

The role involves presenting RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to customers, supporting and organizing technical responses to RFP/RFI's, and blueprinting customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.

This is a customer-facing role where you will support sales teams during the entire cycle of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. The key tasks in this role include generating pricing and providing ongoing deal support to sales teams, owning technical discussions with the customer on the Private Cloud Edition topic, and acting as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the Cloud Architecture and Advisory organization as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)
  • Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.)
  • Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
  • Good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform
  • English native speaker, any other language an asset

  • Support the sales teams during the entire cycle of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
