Key responsibilities include:

  • Good understanding of AP related processes, including Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), eInvoices
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
  • Paying vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos, issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments
  • Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts
  • Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices

Minimum qualifications include:

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
  • Experience in AP preferably in the Energy or Power industry
  • Must have sound knowledge of English
  • Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP
  • Understanding of entire Source to Pay process is a plus
