Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with expertise in Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding modules for SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in RCM, 3+ years in RMK, and 2+ years in ONB.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.
  • Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments.
