Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to join our team in Mysuru, India.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who want to leverage their skills in implementing and configuring SF Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCM and ONB 2.0 implementation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing RCM and ONB 2.0 modules, including design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Leading requirement gathering sessions/workshops with HR/business stakeholders to capture current recruiting/onboarding processes and future-state needs.
  • Creating functional specifications/design documents/blueprints, including fit-gap analyses between current business processes and out-of-the-box SF features.
  • Configuring system components, including job requisition templates, career portal branding, candidate workflows, offer management, and onboarding flows.
  • Managing data migration, cleansing, and upload of candidate, requisition, and onboarding data.
  • Handling integration points between RCM and ONB, as well as ONB and Employee Central/other modules.
  • Developing test cases, conducting unit/integration/UAT testing, and managing defect tracking and resolution.
  • Providing end-user training and documentation, including user guides, training materials, admin, and HR user training.
  • Supporting change requests, enhancements, and BAU support post-go-live; performing configuration changes and troubleshooting.
