Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of network usage reports and logs as per business and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with providers and vendors to resolve issues related to switching and routing
- Implement and troubleshoot Switch/Router network configurations
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Document technical procedures and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
- Design and implement network solutions that meet business needs and standards
- Provide support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a relevant field such as electronics, communication, computer science, or IT
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including LAN and WAN architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and general networking issues
- Experience working with routers, firewalls, switches, and IP data networks
