The successful Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of facilities across different business formats, including new center setup, capacity expansion, and relocation. They will drive project management initiatives such as standardization, energy conservation, and productivity improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive project planning and execution to deliver facilities on time and safely
- Support site visits and due diligence for feasibility assessment
- Finalize conceptual layouts and assess layout parameters from an operations perspective
- Prepare Scope of Work for projects
- Manage project resources and consultants
- Evaluate and finalize vendors
- Monitor progress and ensure quality of work by service providers
- Ensure snag-free handover to Operations Team
- Project Execution and Timely Delivery: > 90%
- Budget Adherence and No Cost Overruns: > 90%
- Safe Execution and Zero LTIs
- Adherence to Safety and Statutory Compliance: > 95%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in supervisory role managing people
- Experience in fast-paced industrial environments
- Experience with automated equipment and maintenance systems
