We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of financial accounting for the B2C segment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  2. Maintenance of monthly closings and preparation of accurate financial reports for management review.
  3. Planning, execution, and timely closure of Quarterly Statutory Audits, with a focus on proactive measures to prevent audit issues and improve controls.
  4. Preparation of BS disclosures on a periodic basis, guaranteeing correct and accurate reporting.
  5. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, applied practically to business scenarios.
  6. Closely coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely closing and reporting of financials.
  7. Proper elimination of all group transactions and correct segmental reporting.
  8. Review of the monthly closing checklist and verification of proper review for all BS items periodically.
  9. Internal reporting of BS KPI to management.
  10. Leadership and supervision of a team of nearly 10 professionals, providing motivation and coaching through clear roles and feedback.
  11. End-to-end closure of Financial Statements for the Parent company and Indian subsidiaries.
  12. Establishment and implementation of financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations, CARO, and legislations.
  13. Close examination of all financial reports and data to detect discrepancies.
  14. Assurance of Board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of Financial statements.
  15. Development of systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of accounting guidelines and standards, CARO, and related regulations.
  • Past experience as a Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
