We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead and elevate our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts, credit, and overall finance activities
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory and legal requirements
  • Manage budgets, fund allocations, and cost control measures
  • Generate and monitor cash flow, management information systems, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage relationships
  • Train and evaluate finance staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Conduct regular departmental meetings to implement standard operating procedures
  • Prepare annual budgets and oversee contractor services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in hotel/resort finance
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills to drive business growth
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities to foster collaboration and achieve goals
