Financial Strategist Role OverviewThe primary goal of this position is to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Develop long-term business plans, yearly business budget, and forecasts in collaboration with the business teams.
  • Conduct industry analysis and competitor study to gather relevant information for business strategy formulation.
  • Track competitors closely and propose key takeaways for Ujjivan.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Publishing and analyzing dashboards highlighting the performance of the business against the target/budget.
  • Tracking revenues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist business leaders in developing an action plan for non-performing business units.
  • Guide Operations, IT, and Business teams on new requirements or changes in existing requirements per laws.
Requirements:
  • MBA(Finance)/ CA/ CFA qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial analysis or planning & budgeting in a Bank/Financial Institution/ advisory firm.
  • Fair understanding of Taxation laws (Income Tax & GST).
  • Expert in handling voluminous data & hands on experience with MS Office.
