Senior PHP Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to lead the evolution of our application into a modern, scalable, and AI-first platform.

You'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing services architecture, ensuring seamless communication between services, and optimizing performance for our growing user base.

  • Servicing: Design, develop, and deploy services using Laravel/YII and related technologies, ensuring each service is modular, independent, and follows best practices.
  • API Development: Create well-defined APIs for communication between microservices, integrating third-party services and APIs as needed.
  • Performance Enhancement: Optimize the platform for scalability, high availability, and performance, implementing caching, load balancing, and other techniques.
  • Multi-Tenancy Features: Design and implement relevant multi-tenancy features, allowing multiple customers to use the platform securely and efficiently.
  • Data Security: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR), implementing authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.
  • Code Excellence: Follow coding standards, review code, and mentor junior developers to maintain a high-quality codebase.
  • Documentation: Create technical documentation for architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.
Required Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel or YII framework.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing services architecture.
  • Previous work on transitioning monolithic applications to SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in database design, including multi-tenancy considerations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
