Job Title: Enterprise Application Engineer

 

  • Develop high-quality, scalable applications to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Design and implement robust systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
  • Elevate expertise in application development and become a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Lead the design of moderately complex systems, resolve production issues independently, and drive post-implementation reviews.
  • Build and maintain reliable deployment pipelines, incorporating automation best practices.
  • Contribute to incident response efforts, perform root cause analysis, and lead postmortem actions to improve system reliability.
  • Design and implement monitoring strategies, leveraging metrics, logs, and traces effectively.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan for scalability and uptime, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Advise on security principles in system design and operations, promoting a culture of secure software development.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in DevOps principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in scripting languages for automation tasks.
