About the Opportunity:

We seek a strategic and experienced Director – Enterprise Applications to lead enterprise-wide applications across Finance, HR, Engineering, and Custom Platforms.

  • Develop and execute an enterprise applications strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute an enterprise applications strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Financial Systems including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Procurement, and Projects.
  • Lead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives including cloud migration, integration, and automation.

Leadership Capabilities:

Oracle Financial Systems Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Financial Systems.
  • Lead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, financial governance, and compliance with audit standards (SOX, statutory, regulatory).
HR Systems Oversight
  • Oversee HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors used for Core HR, Talent, and Performance.
  • Partner with HR and People Operations to drive process efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure secure handling of PII data and compliance with global labor and data privacy regulations.
Web and Mobile Application Development
  • Lead the development of custom web and mobile applications to serve internal users, business partners, and customers.
  • Ensure platforms are built with modern frameworks, secure architectures, and scalable APIs.
  • Promote UX best practices, responsive design, accessibility standards, and continuous integration & deployment.
Strategic Planning & Governance
  • Define enterprise application roadmap and technology strategy in line with business priorities.
  • Establish governance, change management, and vendor management practices across all application platforms.
  • Drive portfolio planning, budgeting, and capacity management for all enterprise application programs.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Compliance stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver value.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of functional analysts, developers, architects, and project managers.
  • Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure delivery, security, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in managing enterprise applications.
  • Strong domain knowledge and delivery experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud or EBS).
  • Proven experience in implementing or managing HRMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong track record in web and mobile application development, preferably in enterprise or customer-facing environments.
  • Deep understanding of system integration, APIs, middleware, and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
