The Staff Enterprise Application Engineer (Oracle EBS Senior Developer) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex customizations and integrations within Oracle eBS using advanced PL/SQL, Oracle Developer Suite, and related technologies. This role involves close collaboration with the ERP Architecture, DBA, and Release Management teams to ensure high system performance, data accuracy, and compliance by delivering robust, scalable solutions that support critical enterprise functions and align with architectural standards. The engineer also plays a key role in driving technical innovation and upholding development best practices across enterprise systems.

This position will be on-site in Kraków or Warszawa (Poland).

What you will do:

• Work closely with Oracle Lead Developer as well as cross-functional, offshore teams to deliver enhancements in Oracle ERP system.
• Contribute to ERP architecture and design discussions.
• Design, build, deploy, coordinate, and troubleshoot custom software solutions in response to business needs.
• Working with Jira/Atlassian project management software.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL based programming, tuning, and debugging skills for creating and maintaining large or complex custom applications, data conversions, and interfaces with Oracle EBS modules.
• Strong development knowledge in Oracle Developer Suite 10g (Reports/Forms Builder, Workflow Builder, Message Designer), Linux, BI Publisher, Java, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Framework (OAF) technologies, Oracle APEX.
• Experience in customizing and enhancing Oracle EBS, including integration with external systems via inbound and outbound APIs, as well as working with middleware—preferably Boomi.
• Experiences in ITIL processes (including incident, problem, and change management), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and working with Computer System Validation (CSV) in a GxP environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel for up to 20% of the time to Cytiva sites globally.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and/or other cloud-based/SaaS ERP systems.
• Web Development technologies.
