Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and editing a high volume of non-immigrant visa and immigrant visa cases, with a focus on national interest waiver, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review and edit complex case files to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a large caseload while collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments and resolve delays.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and carry out consistent case tracking and management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.
