Immigration Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and editing complex NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B visas. They will also manage a large caseload independently, liaising with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and editing complex visa applications
  • Managing a large caseload and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Communicating with clients throughout the visa process
  • Reporting to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and experience working with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are advantageous.
