We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Line Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment of regional PLM and NPIP processes globally.

Your primary objective will be to act as the global administrative gatekeeper, overseeing all new product setup requests from regions, ensuring correct signoff and approval, and communicating with regional PLM leads to guarantee accurate information.

You will be responsible for setting up new products using the NPIP process and tool promptly, adhering to pre-agreed timelines. Additionally, you will receive cross-training on the management and process of the Buckman product portal (PIMS), understanding how to set products inside the portal, run reports, and provide data-driven insights by region, as specified by PLM management or VP RD.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent MS Office skills, with expertise in data analysis and drawing conclusions. Strong communication, documentation, and report-writing skills are also essential. You should be able to plot data, identify trends, and come up with practical problem-solving solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Paper Science, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
