  • Strong experience in SAP testing is essential for success in this position
  • Good to have experience in SAP S4 implementation for added value
  • Understanding of overall different SDLC and testing life cycle is crucial
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary
  • Good documentation and presentation skills are also required
  • Coordinating with business analysts, ABAP teams, and functional analysts is an important aspect of this role
  • Core SAP functional business process flow expertise is needed
  • End-to-end business process flow design expertise is also necessary
  • Usage of test management tools expertise is a requirement
  • Software testing planning and strategy creation is an essential part of this job
  • Testing best practices, standards, methodologies, testing metrics, defect life cycle expertise is required
  • Managing and maintaining testing KPIs is also a key responsibility
  • Training and mentoring resources on testing best practices is an important duty
  • Effort tracking for all tasks is necessary
  • Ensuring development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, execution, quality assurance, and defect management is a critical task
  • Continuously improving testing and validation processes is an ongoing responsibility
  • Collaboration with automation teams is also a key aspect of this role
  • Preparation of test reporting is an essential part of this job
