Responsibilities

  1. To become an SME in end-to-end Services operations support for clients, with a focus on fixed income analytics, returns, terms, and other relevant areas.
  2. Efficiently lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations, working closely with regional and global leads, managers, and directors of operations.
  3. To act as a point of contact during shifts and provide resourceful support to the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Lead a team of at least 7 members, fostering a productive work environment and promoting growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • A postgraduate degree in MBA-Finance or a related field is mandatory.
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in fixed income analytics, risk management, and operations support.
  • Familiarity with building effective business relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential.
  • Candidates must be flexible to adapt to a hybrid work model and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
