Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Intern to join our team. As a Fin-Ops Intern, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations related to the Aadhaar-PAN linking process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems, performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, following up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
