We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Professional to join our finance team, supporting financial planning, accounting, compliance and reporting for an e-commerce business operating across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses and international transactions.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards and KPIs.
  • Provide insights on financial performance for strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and income tax regulations and assist with filing requirements.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits and tax assessments.
  • Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions and cross-border taxation.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital and fund requirements.
  • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements and treasury activities.
  • Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.
  • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to streamline financial processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and financial reporting. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel is required. Experience with international transactions, forex and compliance is an advantage. We seek candidates with CA-Inter/ MBA Finance qualifications and 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance or FP&A, preferably in e-commerce/retail/consumer goods industries.
