Job Title

Ambitious Print Production Manager sought to oversee the execution of print projects for clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables
  • Supervise project management and provide technical support
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to achieve quality prints
  • Extend support during design phase and review artwork process
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessment
  • Track project timelines and meet deadlines
  • Manage color standards storage and courier arrangement
  • Take initiative to resolve challenges and foster good relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years progressive print production experience
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools
  • Strong knowledge in various Print methods (ie: Offset, Flexo or Gravure)
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
