Quality Assurance and Control Professional

This on-site role requires a Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to ensure product quality by developing and implementing quality control processes. The engineer will conduct audits, perform inspections, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should possess mechanical engineering qualifications, with 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control or a similar role. Knowledge of codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII) and ISO standards is essential. Familiarity with 7 QC tools and experience in Oil & Gas processes are preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling TPI independently
  • Document control (GAD, ITP, procedure, ISO documentation, inspection reports, NCR-CAPA)
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop controls and improvements
  • Ensuring workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
  • Maintaining rejection, rework records
  • 5'S monitoring at the department

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, attention to detail, technical understanding, design skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
