Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads, proficiency in SEM, social media, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, as well as strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

The selected individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of campaign strategies, managing campaign budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
