Digital Marketing Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital presence. This key role will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all digital channels, ensuring maximum brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns incorporating web, SEO, SEM, database marketing, emailers, social media, and display advertising.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertisements on Google and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns against set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate weekly reports highlighting social media activities, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Brainstorm innovative digital marketing platforms and promotion plans with the team to capture customer attention.
  • Maintain and update the company website as required.
  • Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and leverage them to maximize output.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture leads and foster customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to plan tasks and designs for digital marketing materials.
  • Act as backup support for graphic designers when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of solid experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads for quality lead generation.
  • Desirable skills: Instagram and Facebook ads experience, SEO expertise, and website development concepts maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management, performance analysis, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
