We are seeking an experienced International Business Manager to lead our business operations in India and abroad. The successful candidate will develop and implement a clear country strategy aligned with our global objectives.

- They will manage the country's operations, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, they will adapt our business strategy accordingly.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders is essential.
- The role involves ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency to meet business goals is crucial.
- The successful candidate will identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.
- Regular travel is required, and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in countries is also part of the job.
- Additionally, conducting secondary market research, developing marketing plans for various international markets, negotiating commercial agreements with clients to maximize volume sales and revenue generation, and generating new business leads are important responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-14 years of experience in Pharma International sales & business development working in different countries.
- Expertise in Pharmaceutical and Dermatological Business is necessary.
- A good knowledge of developing markets, implementing strategy in different countries is required.
