About this Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal part in constructing and maintaining the data infrastructure that underpins our analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance, scalable data pipelines using cloud-based technologies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to prepare datasets for predictive models and optimize pipeline efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to pipeline failures, data discrepancies, or MLOps challenges.
  • Document source-to-target mappings, conduct data profiling, and clarify dependencies to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering roles utilizing SQL, PySpark, and AirFlow.
  • Profound understanding of data lake and data warehouse design principles and best practices.
  • Prior experience in managing cloud-based data services for ETL/ELT covering AWS EC2, S3 Storage, and EMR.
  • Ability to manage and enhance infrastructure related to environments covering Spark, Hive, Presto.
  • Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle.
