As a Visual Merchandising professional, you will play a pivotal role in adapting Master Design plans for individual stores and implementing them through store windows, focal points, and product displays. Your primary goal will be to highlight key products, themes, or promotions.

Your responsibilities will also include procuring and ordering visual merchandising and styling props, adapting windows and creatives across region stores according to the calendar, researching lifestyle, demographics, and design trends, maintaining and overseeing store upkeep, and styling experience centers of the brand.

You will also be responsible for styling homes designed by us for photo and video shoots, shopping online/offline for products and props to style different customers' homes, coordinating between different teams including photographers, interior designers, and marketing personnel, inventory management of styling products and props, scheduling and managing photo/video shoots involving multiple people, including the customer, culling the pictures for editing, and styling 3D rendered images.

In addition, you will be responsible for sourcing quotations from vendors to ensure procurement of quality products at the best possible price, following up with vendors to ensure timely execution of windows and other areas within the specified schedule, ensuring payment to the respective vendors and following up on billing processes weekly, monitoring the budget for Visual Merchandising and highlighting any deviations, operating & achieving the VM spent as per budgets, and submission of bills on time.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related field (preferred), proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably 4-6 years of experience in the home interior or home furnishing industry, strong creative and design skills, proficiency in SketchUp or 3D Max software and other relevant design tools, knowledge of Home interiors and styling, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
