Job Title:

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned interior designer to spearhead the design of residential projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client needs and preferences through regular consultations
  • Develop concept designs, floor plans, and sketches using computer-aided design software (CAD) and hand-sketching techniques
  • Communicate design ideas to clients through idea boards and presentations
  • Display a deep understanding of design principles
  • Nurture relationships with clients and manage projects independently

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in residential design
  • Proven expertise in modular interior design
  • Registered diploma or degree in interior design or architecture
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch

Technical Skills:

  • Interior Designer
  • Google Sketch-up
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office
