ERP Business Development Manager Role

Nippon Data Systems Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven ERP Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the ERP market.
Job Summary- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to drive the expansion of our ERP solutions into new markets.
- Foster long-term client relationships and develop a deep understanding of ERP systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of our ERP solutions in target markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive dynamics within the ERP sector.
- Lead generation and qualification, including partnerships, alliances, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their ERP needs and position Nippon Data as their preferred solution provider.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of our ERP solutions.
- Sales collaboration to ensure seamless transition from business development to sales, providing support in closing deals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to enhance our market reach and reputation.
- Negotiate business contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Continuously refine business development strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, with experience in industries such as manufacturing, finance, supply chain, or retail.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with company goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ERP solutions to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business opportunities to closure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Extensive network within the ERP industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum (approximately $31,000 - $44,000 USD).
