Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our organization.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement preparation, with a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily accounting activities, including AP management and AR management.
  • Create and send invoices for clients.
  • Manage payroll for clients.
  • Perform monthly close activities.
  • Prepare financial statements.
  • Develop reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports.
  • Prepare sales and payroll tax returns.
  • Build relationships with US-based clients and project leads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports.
  • Lead high-quality project deliverables and client engagements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's Degree in Accounting is required, CA certification is a plus.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and innovation skills.
