The Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of financial activities within the hotel.
">- Assist the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor daily financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee cost control measures and financial policies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial policies.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- University degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
