Leadership Position for Financial Expertise

Join our team as a Lead Finance and Compliance Specialist to manage financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, overall financial management, secretarial and Pre-IPO & Post-IPO work.
This is a full-time role located in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will oversee financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, overall financial management, secretarial and Pre-IPO & Post-IPO work.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to provide strategic financial insights, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
The role requires close collaboration with the executive team to identify financial strategies that optimize business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting, MIS, budgeting, and audits.
- Oversee banking, treasury, and compliance matters.
- Support in ROC filings, Board resolutions, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management.
- Coordinate with Merchant Banker, Registrar, Stock Exchange for Pre-IPO & Post-IPO compliances.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CS with MBA Finance / M.Com with strong finance knowledge preferred
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance/Accounts/Compliance.
- Exposure to secretarial work / company law will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication & coordination skills.
