Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to lead our team in performing daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP processes and ensure timely payments.
  • Create invoices and W9 collections for vendors.
  • Oversee payroll management for clients.
  • Perform monthly close activities and prepare financial statements.
  • Prepare 1099 filings and maintain accurate records.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with US-based clients and project leads.
  • Ensure reports are sent to clients within scheduled timeframes.
  • LEAD QUALITY PROJECT DELIVERABLES and client engagements.
  • Showcase leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Master's Degree in Accounting required.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled timeframes.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting systems, including QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Bill.com, and Expensify.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses a combination of problem-solving and innovation skills.
